Meeting
convened 7:00 p.m.
Minutes
approved: Approval
of minutes from September.
Zone 1 Rally and concours:
- Discussion with Henry led to DER
doing a much lower scale event.
- Glenn to contact event volunteers
and determine manpower needed for hotel registration, Rally and
Concour. What equipment is needed, Concour prep area, Rally finish.
Plan on focus group meeting in early January
to start the real planning.
- Board needs to identify specific
jobs for specific members.
- Example - Trash removal at Fort
Williams.
- Linc to contact Henry to find out
who needs to prepare registration forms for web presentation.
- Registration forms to Pano, DER
web page, and Zone 1 web site.
Maine Indoor Karting:
- 12 people signed up, room for 16, therefore room
for four walk-ups.
- Event starts first Tuesday in November (Election
Day) for ten weeks.
Next Meeting:
- Next several Board meetings will take place at Pizza Joint after
Karting. Karting at 7:00, should be out at 8:00 for meeting and beer.
- Next meeting November 9th after Karting at Pat’s Pizza at
about 8:30.
